Features and benefits
• Features three different materials of exchangeable SEM drill heads: Ac7315 grade TiAlN with PVD multilayer coating, Ac7320 grade TiAlN with PVD coating, and ACPM45 grade with multilayer TiAlN coating.
• The four wall pocket design allows for increased insert and drill life, and simple wrench removal
• Exchangeable drill heads allow for versatility in workpiece material up to P grade steel
• Designed for straight hole drilling, angled surfaces, half cylindrical, pre-cast holes, intersecting holes, boring, external turning, and rough casted, forged or welded entry surfaces
• Two coolant channels allow for increased flow directly to the cutting zone, improving metal removal rates, tool life, and overall productivity.

• Features exchangeable carbide drill tips manufactured from WPP25 fine-grained carbide substrate with an AlTiN (Aluminum Titanium Nitride) coating applied using HiPIMS (High-Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering) technology
• A gold-colored ZrN (Zirconium Nitride) top coating serves as a visual wear indicator, allowing operators to quickly identify insert wear and maximize tool utilization
• Designed primarily for drilling ISO P high-strength steels up to 43 HRC, with secondary applications in ISO K cast iron
• Optimal for through drilling, blind drilling, and stacked plate drilling
• The exchangeable drill tip design supports drilling depths of up to 10×D without pilot drilling
