• Features three different materials of exchangeable SEM drill heads: Ac7315 grade TiAIN with PVD multilayer coating, Ac7320 grade TiAIN with PVD coating, and ACPM45 grade with multilayer TiAIN coating.
• The four wall pocket design allows for increased insert and drill life, and simple wrench removal
• Exchangeable drill heads allow for versatility in workpiece material up to P grade steel
• Designed for straight hole drilling, angled surfaces, half cylindrical, pre-cast holes, intersecting holes, boring, external turning, and rough casted, forged or welded entry surfaces
• Two coolant channels allow for increased flow directly to the cutting zone, improving metal removal rates, tool life, and overall productivity.
