• Combines the benefits of the SEM and indexable insert drills allowing for high speeds at low consumable costs
• Utilizes exchangeable drill heads in three different materials: Ac7315 grade TiAIN with PVD multilayer coating, Ac7320 grade TiAIN with PVD coating, and ACPM45 grade with multilayer TiAIN coating.
• Helical chip flutes allow for larger chip evacuation, higher strength, and greater fatigue resistance
• Exchangeable drill heads and DS geometry of WCMT inserts allow for versatility in workpiece material up to P grade steel
• Lateral indexable inserts available in KCU25. KCU40, KC7140, and KC7225 with PVD and TiAIN coating
• Two coolant channels allow for increased flow directly to the cutting zone, improving metal removal rates, tool life, and overall productivity.
